Privacy policy

We record as little as we need to know whether the site works well. No cookies, no advertising trackers.

What we record

The site records usage events in our own database on Cloudflare D1:

page views;
starting to fill in the search form, and submitting it (including form errors such as an invalid date);
clicks through to a partner site;
page-speed measurements (Core Web Vitals: LCP, INP, CLS and related values).

Each event holds details such as the time, the page, the language, the page type, the route (e.g. BKK-SIN), the link's position, a coarse device type (mobile or desktop) and the country Cloudflare derives from the connection.

What we do not record

No cookies, and no user or session identifier.
No IP address, name, email or booking details.
No Google Analytics, Cloudflare Web Analytics, advertising pixels or other third-party tracking scripts.

How long we keep it

Event data is deleted automatically once it is older than 400 days.

Services involved

Cloudflare hosts and protects the site, so it processes connection data (including IP addresses) to deliver pages and block attacks, under Cloudflare's own policy.
When you go to Aviasales or AirHelp, those sites may use cookies and collect data under their own privacy policies.

Site search and offline mode

Site search runs in your browser; your search terms are not sent to us. The site also stores an "offline" page in your browser cache through a service worker, to show when you have no connection.

Emails to us

If you email hello@siamflights.com, we use your address only to reply, never for marketing.

Your rights

Because event data carries no personal identifier, we cannot link it back to you. For any question about personal data, including your rights under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act, contact hello@siamflights.com.
