AOT identifies DMK Terminal 1 for international flights and Terminal 2 for domestic flights. Check the airport and terminal on the actual flight before booking a ride. The term “low cost” does not establish that every flight uses DMK or the same building.
Select the terminal from your flight
AOT’s airport information gives the terminal split, but use current flight information for counters and gates. With multiple bookings, inspect every outbound and return flight. Record airport, terminal, operator and deadlines.

An airline name cannot answer all of these. Check what you have bought, especially when ticket seller and operating carrier differ.
If the next flight is at Suvarnabhumi
BKK is another airport. Plan baggage collection, relevant document checks, road transport and a new departure process according to the tickets. Do not substitute the walking time between DMK terminals for an airport change.
AOT publishes BKK–DMK shuttle conditions for connecting passengers with onward-flight and identity documents. Its Suvarnabhumi page lists free service from 05:00 to 24:00 every 30 minutes. For boarding at DMK, ask the information counter for that day’s stop and service times: official listings show different pickup points.
Do not confuse departure frequency with journey time or a free shuttle with a guaranteed connection. Compare actual transport costs and an itinerary without an airport change using the BKK guide, and retain a fallback plan.
Bags before handover and after arrival
Check pieces, weight and dimensions for the flight’s fare. There is no single free allowance across DMK airlines. If a cabin bag is sent to the hold, first remove items that must remain in the cabin. Read power-bank rules separately from buying extra baggage.
For a missing checked bag, contact the airline’s baggage handler. For an item left in the terminal, use airport lost property. AOT Don Mueang lists its desk on Terminal 2 floor 3 at the T1–T2 interconnection, telephone 02 535 1100 and psd_dmk@airportthai.co.th. Holiday collection needs an appointment confirmed at least one working day ahead.
Use the missing-baggage or lost-property guide to prepare the flight, baggage tag, location and contact information. Do not assume a general airport form starts airline baggage tracing.
